Does anyone have the fix for the GE_Bell_1.dav Issue because the bell from the exterior still plays inside the cab for 3 seconds and I feel it the issue goes with the Proxybin

There's no issue with the proxy. It's a single file with a pre-determined loop within it, hence there's no start-loop-end and therefore it'll always finish playing it's loop region when switching views.

You'll have to cut the file up and make the required changes in the proxy file to "fix" your issue with it. Since the enhancement pack is discontinued, I won't be going into details on how exactly to do that.
