How to use the ConvertToDav.exe correctly?

I know DavDecoder exists, I know you can use it to convert .wav to .dav, but for me this doesn't work, as in the .dav is corrupted and can't be changed back to .wav. So I want to know how to use the ConvertToDav correctly. I have tried dragging my .wav on it, but it doesn't convert it to .dav. Any help is much appreciated!

Look for ConvertToDav.exe in your Railworks folder. That will do it.
