So my problem is solved with the WILLIAM FAIRBAIRN & SONS.
The creator confirmed to me that the file was corrupted, so he withdraws it from the sale while waiting for a patch.
It's great that he offered me a refund, I refused, I will wait for the patch before using it.
To overcome my sadness, I bought the "Alco Mallet 0-6-6-0" pack, a superb machine.
