I downloaded the Repaint pack installed all correctly ,following directions,enabled in editor, I still come up with missing textures? Any idea why?

There is a error in naming the cab&roof texture. It was named cab_roof. Just go into the textures folder and rename it to cab&roof and then it will show up. It is being corrected in the library copy.
