Loading screen

Unread postby SAR704 » Mon Mar 02, 2020 1:00 am

I know I've asked this several times, but is there a way to load TS without the annoying screenshots being present? It gets so monotonous seeing the same on each time, when I have to load a route several times within a short window.

I can't recall the solution. I think it was a file within the Railworks folder, similar to a .dll. The only other solutions I've found is to load with Steam in offline mode, which I don't want to be forced to do.

Thanks for the info AmericanSteam.

But the main problem with disabling internet access is the inability to load the GE overlay, which I tend to find sort of useful at times.

I honestly thought that there was a more practical and immediate solution that didn't involve interfering with network connections.

In particular, I personally find seeing 'IronBladder' on the loading screen each time to be annoying. As a straight person, I'm not interested in thinking of another fella's private area.

Shut your eyes while the game loads or turn off your monitor. !*roll-laugh*!

If that is the most annoying thing you see every day just be thankful.

I thought the title of this thread said "Loading screen", not "Take the p!ss out of SAR704".

One of my primary dislikes about this forum. And before someone tells me to er.... there's a reason why I still visit it.

I know that sometimes you need an iron bladder for some of those long slow freight routes. I thought that most bladders are in locations that they can't be seen.

It can be interesting. Spot the joke - CSX AC6000s on 2ft3in track and the typo - MittenwaldbHan instead of baHn. Sadly it appears to be our cross to bear in order to have the game.

I saw that as well. Under the rules, he couldn't replace them with some of those Brazilian meter gauge diesels.

The real question is why did they put that picture up there?
