@ JohnS, I reviewed the log and can only asume what the problem is, since I am not the creator. It seems that maybe the waggons of the consist are not recognized the way they should. BigBoy is identified as engine (two parts and tender), but for the waggons there is no entry in the log.
Did you or can you try another consist to verify it it does not work at all, or only with this consist? May I ask which waggon(s) you are trying to swap, so if I own it I'll give it a try and see if same problem exists for me.
The tool had also problems with tenders until Version 1.0.3.2, as it is still (hopefully) under development the author may look into it an address it. He has not benn around in German forum for some time, maybe he is busy with studies or so - but hope he did not stop working on it![]()
Thanks and regards
Thorsten

When you swap manually in the DTG scenario editor, the database is updated.
One way to force this is to delete the scenario database before playing, but then you'd lose all your green tick marks.

That's right! I forgot about deleting that file. Thank you Chacal. I bet if I open the edited scenario in the DTG editor and do something and undo it then save it should update the data base.

I usually in the DTG scenario editor the right window, put a dot after the title or the author, and then save.
