I'm looking forward to the progress of this route. Just got started into Train Simulator a week ago thanks to G-Trax's Sacramento Northern route. I really like period railroading. Played MSTS around a decade ago when I was a kid, and now after a rather lenghty break from train games I'm back into this genre.
I have a question, though. I want to purchase the GN Cascadian route sometime soon, but I want to know if the price will stay the same once this update gets released. Steam store is very convenient for us foreigners because it adjusts the price to each market, making things more accessible to us. Shame that this great route isn't a Steam DLC, otherwise I would have purchased it already. Thirty bucks is rather pricy when converted to my country's currency.
Now, I don't want to sound like I'm complaining about the fact you charge for the route, quite contrary, I think you deserve it. It looks stunning, and I certainly don't regret spending full price for the Sacramento DLC. It's just that I hate living in a country with rather unstable economy. Plus Steam would never sell me the modern equivalent of this route thanks to BNSF's policies.
Keep up the good work!
