Rules for release?

Hey guys- I'm not sure if I'm missing something on the rules or what not, but when it comes to releasing scenarios, do I have to ask permission from, say, repainters or modelers to use their addons in the scenario? I wouldn't be re-releasing their models/repaints, just the scenario.

As long as you are not packaging their items up and they do not have a rules in their readmes, there should be no problems. If you used my repaints I would not mind, I think it would be great and I imagine other painters would feel the same way.
