Can't Find Destimation

I have a set of senarios that I dl'd from TS. The were originally for RS but I'm trying to run them in RW. I used RWTools to move the senarios form RS to RW. The first one runs fine, but the second gives " Mine Switcher can not find the destination Pine Top Lime 9 parts". This is the same track the engine is starting on. I cloned the scenario and deleted all the driver information and tried to readd it, but I end up with the same error...what have I missed? !
