The following are known to me:
Bozeman Pass
Mullan Pass
I however do not know whether the own routes are or only sections.

With some "freelancing" Castle Rock works well for the part of the MRL that's flat. And the CB&Q Big Horn Sub has a 'MRL' feel to it.
