Rollling stock troubles

Arizonachris and I were putting together trains for the first RW mini-sessions last night and having trouble getting some rolling stock to show. We're total noobs, so it's probably something simple. I had a LOT of double stack cars (Kuju/RailSimulatorUS) showing but he didn't. We checked the appropriate box in the right flyout, but they never showed. I double checked in RW_Tools to make sure that's where the cars were located, and they were.

Suggestions?

One of you has News' US container pack installed, and the other doesn't?

Thanks Kali,

I figured it was something simple and obvious. Would that pack perhaps be included in the donationware RWA pack I bought?

Actually, I found them. They're freeware from GTrax. Very nice ones too!

Yes, fantastic work, Phil! !!det!! But, I'm still having one heck of a time getting 5 engines to drag 179 of these. !*don-know!*

I'm not sure it's possible on this route unless they're empty. Try them empty. Clone your scenario, and then empty them. Won't take long and you'll have both versions. Also, on the VORA forum, they talked about modifying the ES44AC engine .bin file so that it has the 4400 hp it's supposed to. Seems to have 3100 hp by default.

Erm, MaxPower is in kW not bhp; 3100kW is 4150bhp which is a lot more than it should have if you allow for transmission losses of ( being generous ) 20%. Don't change random numbers when you don't know what units they're in...

I just mentioned the conversation on the other forum. I'm not claiming to know anything about this. I'm not changing anything.
