I customized the Chicago Yard route.

There's alot of loops, a small 8 loop and goes around the small yard and signals. If yall want the free roam scenario I can share it if you want :). It took me 6hrs to complete it

Sounds interesting, but I'm not sure if it's allowed to share the updated route as the original is part of a payware pack.
However, it could be ok to share the tracks.bin.
But I cannot give you legal advice, I don't know.

Its not a clone route. Its a Chicago Yard WhistleStop free roam scenario that requires the chicago Yard route.

Creating a normal scenario for an existing route and adding tracks/loops/whatever to an existing route are two different things. In order for anyone to play this scenario you would need to release the Chicago Yard (tracks.bin or whatever, I'm not sure either) as a new route with your "fixes" (the loops you put in)...

You talked about customization of the Chicago Yard route and that you've added track? So you talked about a scenario and a your route customization. Sorry, if I misunderstood this, but then please express this clearer the next time.

Chessie is right, you cannot include any changes to the scenery of a route to a scenario.
