Looking for volunteers to reproduce bug in the scenario (Hi-Line)

I published scenario for Montana Hi-Line and Amtrak P42DC.
One user reported, that traffic blocks the signal in the beginning, and player's train cannot proceed.
For me, it runs smoothly from end to end. Can someone else try to run it?
