If you are talking about the messages that pop up during the scenarios, you can trigger them by completing or failing a 'stop at/go via' instruction, or have them pop up using 'trigger instruction' on a time duration after completing another task list item.

1- Set up a scenario-specific track marker (in the scenario editor, not the world editor).
2- Use it in a "stop at" instruction with speed set at 1 mph. This will show up as a "go via" instruction for the player.
OR use it in a "waypoint" instruction, this will not show up for the player.
3- Either way, put your message in the "Display Message" field.

Yes, you can add as many 'Destination Marker' as you have space for on the track. These can be used to trigger messages, or lua scripted events.
