What does a loader load?

I'm currently working on a shunting scenario for the MML London to Bedford route. Although this route is intended more for passenger and long-haul freight operations, my preference runs to shunting, so, as I have done with many other routes, I am twisting this one to suit that preference.
The route includes a small number of interactive transfer points (loading/unloading). Most of these (according to RWInfo) deal with aggregates (stone, sand) and, appropriately, the route package includes some PGA hoppers related to those products. There are others, however, such as the "Cricklewood Refuse Crane" and the "Transfer Dock Jct Discharge". My guess is that there is a comparatively simple way to find out what type of freight a transfer point is meant to transfer, but without guessing I can admit that I do not know how to do this. So, I'm hoping that someone will tell me how to tell a) what load (aggregates, containers, etc.) is associated with a given transfer point and what type of freight car/wagon -- perhaps a specific one -- may be used with it.

Thanks,
