Pickup Passenger Command Issue

I'm trying to create a passenger train scenario for the Fort Kent to Eagle Lake route and my "Pickup Passengers" commands are not working. Has anyone else had this issue?

I imagine you know this, but I'll mention it anyway: Pickup Passenger instructions will only work on the corresponding track marker.

Also Fort Kent does not have a passenger spawning platform so it is not possible to do but as others have done you can just put a stop command in to represent a pickup
