Removing AI

How would I go about removing AI from a scenario? I want to remove the locked junctions on routes.

In the time table window, over the map on the left is a services dropdown. Select the one you want and delete.
Edit: In the scenario editor that is. If it is a career scenario copy it first and edit that. I'd copy any scenario anyway.
