Remember all these routes are heavily influenced by Otto, even (re-)built to his ideas and conceptions, or 'improved' by him personally. Otto didn't care about prototypical realism or operations, so expect nothing fancy in the way of track rules, super elevation, proper speed limits and even half accurate signalling.

OK, well weather it's related or not, it seems that I get this on every DTG route or DTG asset I have. I made changes to a canned DTG route, Raton Pass in my case. I have been changing out the track to AT&SF 3D Trains track. Clicked on a DTG section of track, WHAM! Access Violation. I had to completely restart my computer to get the sim to even load up again. Last night, on the Tennessee Pass 2 route I'm making changes to, clicked to delete a DTG asset and WHAM!! Got the violation yet again and again I had to restart my computer to get the sim to load.

So, is this violation going to occur for every DTG related item one try's to outright delete or make changes to?? Again, it may not even be related to what causes the violation.

EDIT: Forgot to say that after restarting my computer and firing up the sim again, the DTG item I had try to delete was gone so it was removed. On the Raton Pass route, the track section had been changed out to the 3DTrains section. So it made the changes, but it seems to suggest that DTG does not want their routes and assets changed or deleted. Or at least not without a fight.

Zero problems other than those documented with the VNHRR. You have some other issue with some asset I’m guessing. I had a problem and tracked it down to one asset but in my case it didn’t show a error just froze on the load.

My TS2019 was just updated to v65.7a.

New core files, but no changelog yet?

Edited: a German players asked DTG Support and got the following answer:
"the update is just some supporting exes to provide an easier installation path for audio libraries and some added support for presenting crash dump information"

But over on UKTS there also has been mention of LogMate not working as expected, apparently also because of the new way "for presenting crash dump information" and other diagnostic info.
Some players fear the crash dump mechanism is even 'phoning home' without authorisation.

i also have gotten crashes like these on the workshop rf&p route, i have had 3 specific places it has crashed

1. entering tunnels to exit union station
2. right before the long bridge exiting dc
3. right after Alexandria station

i am running ai trains but i changed the consist that goes over the bridge when the player does and it seems to have fixed that crash, the union station one seems random and i haven't found out a fix to the Alexandria station one, it may have something to do with digirail reskins, once I deleted digirail cars it seemed to fix 1 of the crashes i have gotten.

The violation error is saying if I read it right, that my computer does NOT have msvcp100d.dll. I suppose this is what's triggering this error?? Thing is I have this file. It's in C:\WINDOWS\System 32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW64.

EDIT: I'm getting the error when:

1. Placing or removing asset
2. Placing and positioning signals
3. Laying or removing track and roads
4. Adjusting height of track or scenery
5. Shaping and smoothing scenery.

One scenario caused the error as well. I have enounced the error in both the 32 & 64 bit. Running trains has not triggered the error to date.

i have gotten both crashes when running trains and making scenarios, running 32 bit until the raildriver is updated to 64bit

Hello fellow train simmers,

Please go over to another forum, DoveTail Games and the link is below:

And see what Train-Sim Steve mentioned about this. Hope that will help you with your problem.

It seems the Windows 10 gaming mode features don't pick up on starting the 64 bits version of the game.
At least I don't see the usual overlay with screen recorder and sharing buttons.

No real problem for me, and it saves a couple dozen of MB or memory and a few CPU cycles probably.
