64 Bit not working since Graphics Card Upgrade...

Try going into your RailWorks folder and go down to RailWorks64. Right click on it and then select Open. Let us know what happens.

This happened to me 2 days ago. I installed TS to my gaming laptop. It would not start in 64 bit or it would throw an access error. Used the uninstaller and reinstalled no go. I had to uninstall Steam again and manually remove all leftover Steam folders and Railworks folders and reinstall everything from scratch. My thoughts are that something was corrupted during the download/install process. If you have a slow IP this can happen especially if it takes hours to download.
I was able to run TS from an external SSD via USB 3.0 as a test.

Well I have been running it since 2010 and have never had the kind of problem you are having so you might just try getting rid of everything and then giving it one more try. When I mean everything I mean everything.

No it won't be. You have to go to the Nvidia Control Panel select Manage 3D settings, Programs settings tab, click on the add button, then select browse, find the TS 64 bit in your Steam folder click on that and select add.

If you are using Windows 10, a recent update as disable the 64 Bits version of TS2019. It seems to affect some other games also. The solution that some users have found is to uninstall it, then it works again. The update is KB4512508.

I am curious to know, after reading this, if any other 64 bit graphics apps are running correctly on your rig? You know other games and development tools that rely on 64 bit graphics.
