VRC U30C Chessie System - Too dark internal windows

Unread postby jalsina » Fri May 11, 2018 9:23 pm

I am sorry to tell this but I can´t see a clue from the cab when driving this loco unless I am driving at noon. !**conf**!
Has anyone modified the glass textures to a clearer view, so he could share it with me?

Maybe it's the equivalent of a tinted windscreen trial? If anything, it reduces sun glare!

How clear do you want them?

Sun is not too bright in Train Simulator. No need for sunglasses *!greengrin!*

Yep, I have the same locomotive and I got pulled over by the Railroad Police. They said the tint on my windows was too dark. So I got a dern ticket! Sure as hell ain't going to drive my GE C30-7's through there as they have about the same windows. *!lol!*

And I will try the downloaded window fix. Thanks for posting that slick204. Saves me from having to fire up Gimp and doing some experimenting. *!!thnx!!*
