Looks like we'll be getting Mittenwaldbahn: Garmisch-Partenkirchen – Innsbruck, Peninsula Corridor: San Francisco – San Jose, North Wales Coastal: Crewe – Llandudno & Conwy Castle and the TS Academy again.

I think route are not for those who have TS17 and they want free upgrade to TS18.
Let's see what new will come from a developers POV.

Corwith or Willow Springs to Ft. Madison, IL would be good.

Would it be possible for a really intrepid and dedicated team of programmers to code a new simulation around the routes and assets, much like the ORTS team has done with MSTS?

After all the .XML is fairly structured, as are the route's network and scenery tiles.

Errrrm, building a route that stretches for 2,000 miles will take them several years, and then when they've completed it, they find out that it's a BNSF line which they can't sell outside of the US, due to the licencing issue, heavily restricting revenue earning sales to pay the salaries of those who actually worked on the project, yeah, that's a great idea, next suggestion, please??

Cheerz. Steve. !!howdy!!

I meant in pieces, like the San Bernardino Sub, Cajon Sub, Needles Sub etc. But yeah, the out-of-country licensing would be a bit of a problem. !*don-know!*

I hope they get rid of those annoying men on those loading screens that stare at you until the route is loaded.

I hate having to check through the taskbar to see whether it's loaded or not. I don't recall TS2015 or earlier having this annoyance. I have sent DTG an email about it, but there's probably no chance they'll take any notice.

Whatever they are, they don't need those blokes staring at the player. I am a bit sensitive to this sort of thing, and find it completely unnecessary. But then that's perfection for ya with 2017 designed electronics.
