The Beauty of Train Sim World

After reading quite a bit of criticism of TSW on different forums I want to post something positive.

Enjoy,

Gene

There is SO much potential for this sim. I just hope DTG realizes this before the fan base is completely gone. They need to add a new USA route or two, some sort of route tools to let the player have some control over consists, and more industrial switching.
BTW, excellent video. !!*ok*!!

Nicely done video Gene, I have to agree with much that you have said within the video.

Thank you so much for bringing us your positive attitude toward TSW and TS, pointing out their respective merits and faults without raving about either. I often find myself feeling rather sorry for those folks who only know how to search for and shout about what they see as the worst aspects of both of these fine train simulators. Their repetitive negativity reminds me of a line from one of my favorite poems: "How sad it is to be a little puppet".

I'm hoping that you provide us with further opportunities to walk and ride along with you.

Thanks for the encouraging comment.

Just since I posted this video I thought of a couple more vids I want to do. To wet your whistle. Some videos on doing what only a day ago I didn't know was possible. One on creating your own scenarios and another on saving and sharing these. I got one scenario now that I want to upload to my website for people to download and try. Yes this will make more sense when I post the video on how its done. Of course the disclaimer is that its really a work around since we don't have a true editor for this. But this work around has opened up new possibilities to TSW.
