Workable link for GWR Driver Manual?

Workable link for GWR Driver Manual?

At present, I'm away from my computer that's capable of running TSW. In the meantime, I'd like to be able to read the driver's manual. I've seen a link to it posted somewhere in this forum, but cannot find it again and it didn't work anyway. Can someone provide a good link?
