Available settings assistance, please

One of the advantages of TSW over TS is that any available setting can be changed without requiring a restart. Many of the graphics and sound settings in TS have always puzzled me, and the same is true here. So, I'm hoping for simple, straightforward explanations of the following:

1) Graphics settings: Screen resolution and Windows Mode [Low, Medium, High, Ultra] are self-explanatory, but I do not understand the Anti-Alaising options [Off, FXAA, TAA] and how they affect frame rates. And how about VSynch [Off, On] and Screen Percentage [50-200]?

2) Sound setting: SFX [%].

TAA was new to me in the alpha. It stands for Temporal Anti Aliasing.
Probably previous frames are used to compose the present frame. I suspect it causes motion blur in high speed scenes.

VSync is only needed in exclusive full screen mode to prevent tearing.

Perhaps that Screen % can be used as some kind of SSAA, Super Sampling Anti Aliasing, where the screen is rendered larger than the window and downscaled to size, making it somewhat sharper?

You'd probably best experiment with these settings, as they aren't explained in the manual.

As I understand it, screen percentage is a setting availble from Unreal, allowing lower capability graphics cards to use higher resolutions, but showing only a percentage of the pixels. Example, at 50% only half of the pixels would light up.

So a card that is best running at 1650x1080, could appear to run at 1920x1080, but with only a portion of the pixels lit up.

Anyone please correct me if I have it wrong.
