If I am the Bob you were referred to yes I can give you some pointers. Make two packages one with the assets you use and one with the route. Use RW Tools to package the assets. There are complete instructions on this with the program and on Mike's web site. RW Tools will scan your route and gather up all the assets and put them in a folder for you to zip up. It creates lists of your assets which you have to edit to remove things like Scale Rails, default items and payware. Once you edit the files, you have RW Tools copy them all over for you to zip up. RW Tools comes with an EXE file that will handle the installation of the assets. You include this file with your assets. WHat it dos is create a folder structure just like Railworks is and just basically copies all the files over. You can then package the route by itself with the internal package manager.
Get RW Tools, read through the packaging process and if you get stumped give me a hollar.
