Railworks America

Does anyone know how to rotate and object along just one of it's axis at a time using keys? I know left and right 'F' and 'G', what I need is pitch without yawing the bloody thing.

b = Down
v = Up
c = Away from camera
n = Toward Camera
you know F & G that is all I know

Yeah that's all know too. Was really hoping there'd be more.
