Here's some experimenting I did to learn the RW track laying system. I have to say I was impressed with RW. This is some pretty complicated track and it handled it pretty well once I got onto it. Most of the points are properly formed and the ties are layed in a reasonable pattern. I'm not sure I'll finish it into a route ( a micro route maybe ) but it is fun to switch. You really have to put on your thinking cap. BTW full size and to scale you could build this in HO in only 5 x 5 square feet.

Wow, nice work! How did you get the switches so tight? I need a few tight switches for my upcoming route project, but Scalerail refuses to do a tight turnout. Makes you kinda wish you could go buy a tighter turnout from the hobby shop.

This is an incredible track layout! It's so amazing that this was actually real, this must be soooo much fun!!! The little "four-spot???" switcher on the first picture on the first of the websites you linked is also very interesting. Dick Cowen has a similarly small engine, a Vulcan 2-4-2 in his roster.
