Lines not displaying when using Linear Objects Tool in parts of route

Has anyone encountered issues with the Linear Objects Tool where some of the overlay lines disappear on certain parts of a route?

For example, a section of the route I am developing no longer displays lines for the Movement, Rotation, or Scale compasses. (I attached examples of the Linear and Rotation compasses) I also cannot see the white lines when dragging lofts. I have tried restarting TSC and my computer several times. I encounter this issue running either 32-bit or 64-bit TSC.

An interesting observation is that these lines do reappear for lofts if I go to other parts of the route. Also, the compass lines are there when using object tools in the suspect area of the route. Any ideas? Is there some limitation for how many loft items can be in a single section of the route?

Some loft's width may be edited or changed.
This is dependent on the flag ">eTrue</CanEditWidth>". When this is "eFalse" then the width is fixed.

Examples:
Kuju\RailSimulator\scenery\Procedural\water.xml may be changed,
Kuju\RailSimulator\scenery\Procedural\water_river_avon.xml is fixed.

I have not checked what happens when you change this flag by yourself, use this modified blueprint in your route and load the route while the blueprint is still with this flag not set (happens when you give your work to another person).

Thank you Kris for the response. However, none of these lofts have the ability to change their widths. My issue is with the standard loft compass and the lines when performing normal loft operations such as extending a track or road. Usually there are two white lines that appear before releasing the button on the mouse. Without the lines I can still extend lofts but it is very tough to tell if they are straight or end at the correct location. Rotating objects is also very challenging without being able to see the circular rotation compass.
