Is there currently any way to make a crossing like this in the game?

Looks like it's being upgraded from old highway standards to the new ones. IIRC there was a fair pot of funding in the previous Federal funding bill, but it was passed after I retired, and I couldn't keep up with it at the time.

the RCAP crossing is the same as on the right, but there is no way i think currently to replicate the one on the left.

yeah the signal itself is also in RCAP, but the one on the left currently cannot be replicated (which is fine)

I don't know what you mean. This particular one has flashing lights going both ways so the one on the left is just the one on the right turned around.
