Markers not showing in editor

Markers not showing in editor

While working on my route I guess I clicked on something to cause this. While in the editor the markers have disappeared, when I try to place a marker it won't show until i click over the track then disappear. when I get it to show momentarily it looks as it is in the pic. Has anyone had this happen?

In the top left editor box there is a tv screen, click on that and a pop out comes up top right full of check boxes. When I had the problem I seem to remember one of these was unchecked but I can’t remember which.
