Change Direction/Track Rule?

Hey guys,

I recently laid a ton of track on a route and realized I screwed up the directional rule (all the track is uni-directional). Is there a way I can change the track rule for that track using something such as RWTools? Note that I already have other track on the route, and I don’t want it to affect that either.
