Catenary wire height

Unread postby JohnS » Tue Apr 21, 2020 1:02 pm

Is there a way to raise the catenary height of a finished route? I now you can use TS-Tools to lower and raise track but if I lower the track it will most likely be buried.

Thank You

If you have the cat already set and don't want or can't use RWTools than you will have to do it manually. I had the exact same problem with the wire being to low.

the wire is already in place. I replaced the rails with ScaleRail and the wire is too low. How would I use RWTools to raise the wire height? I have the most recent release of TStools from Mike. The problem is also the default wire height when setting new track is also too low. I was trying to find where the sections in the bin are that pertain to the height of the wire from the rail.

I don't really know how to use RWTools, but there are plenty of tutorials if you search. For me it was more easy to just raise the height of the pylons one by one. Before that I deleted the wire and I will be putting it back at a later date. I would suggest not to modify anything regarding track rules in the game files if you want to share the route.
