Columbia Valley Pacific

Unread postby ironcat60 » Fri Jan 31, 2020 12:17 am

I am currently working on and have submitted more cars for the CVP route to fill in the rolling stock needs for the GN, CVP, and CPR. Cars needed are based on what can be produced and distributed locally or shipped out of the region and what is needed for resources from local or outside sources. Trying to use cars already in use with the RW&A Route or the same product group (i.e. Allegheny, GnRy) so there is less to upload and boxes to check. Plus the need to establish rolling stock for the copper refinery to use for internal operations. And a reskin of the PRR GE 44ton in generic all black with "zebra" safety stripes on the pilot guards and bottom edge of the cab sides. It is intended for wherever a switcher is needed and for internal refinery switching that doesn't call for the need to own the electric steeple cabs.

Also using the official CVP instructions I am striving to put together a Industrial Guide Sheet that will list all the industries and what cars should be used for Inbound and Outbound loads for each one. That should help scenario makers in figuring out what cars are needed and in planing activities for scenarios.

Excellent goodies Chris. They match the majesty of CVP itself.
I want nothing more than to run scenarios.

Currently taking note of industry/cars and what i can move around in QD to make seem like a job *!!wink!!*
