So, most New England Railworks America users probably know Rick Kfoury, an awesome content creator, everything he makes is based off New England. So one day I decided "Hmm, what if I put some of his content to good use, being a New Englander myself." So out came the Thurmont and Branford short line railroad. It takes heavy inspiration from the Claremont and Concord railroad in it's 1980s form (I have it set in modern day times, but eh.) The railroad had a very, well, funky design. Not only did it happen to go through the scenic backside of New Hampshire, but it also went into Downtown Claremont, only allowing very short locomotives to work the line.
Anyways, enough chit-chat. Here come the Screenshots!
The Thurmont and Branford city job rolls through downtown Thurmont, showcasing one of two of the railroad's locomotives, an unpainted GE 44-Tonner. The "City Spur" serves a plastic pellets company, a wood products company, a food warehouse, a beverage facility, a scrapper company, and a cold storage warehouse.
The Thurmont and Branford railroad's County Job, normally run by their aging S2, services three industries in the town of New Bedford; a furniture outlet, a gravel pit, and a small paper mill. The line from New Bedford used to go further to Branford, but the line has been cut back to the Paper Mill.
