Central Wisconsin Route

I have a question.....A friend of mine sent me his route back in like 2009 (yeah I know its a long long long time ago) BUT I have finally dug it out and see if I can get it to work....I sent it to someone else on here and he said its missing the route properties XML file...Is there a way to some how get it to work without that file or some how make a file for it??? If I would of known that it was missing, I would of asked him before he passed away....
