Thinking about Walt Disney World Railroad

Unread postby CSX2057 » Thu Feb 25, 2016 1:07 pm

As Mike is working on the 4-4-0 I'm thinking about making another route for the grand central tour of the magic kingdom. Everyone knows that loco is the Lily Bell, Walt's first 7inch scale. Although the buildings that Jonathan and RCAP made part of my last route I like it. I'm thinking about making instead of Magic Kindom I was thinking about matching the main street USA building and some rocks for frontier land and residential a or commercial buildings on fantasy land and maybe with the NASA shuttle Launchpad. Though idk if the rides will work cause it requires a lot of animation. The Cinderella castle can be replace with the Empire State Building lol. I have some ideas that you guys might enjoy, stations? I'm sure anyone can try to make one, if possible. But first I'm planning to bring home my pic so when I have time I can work on that route.

The next thing I'm hoping DTG will make is the Monorail, with that kind of train I can extend it more and have engineers that loves the monorail can actually enjoy it. The one we have now doesn't really match and requires pay ware so im gonna avoid those as much as I can.

Will download the Google Map and give it a whirl to make that next route sometime this year. I enjoyed making that NARW last time and I'm sure some of you enjoyed and some of you did not. But took a lot of hours from my time and I don't consider wasting my time :).

Also if you want to build a route, I have some new buildings out, but I don't think they'd match with the 4-4-0 though.

They can be found released with the freeware O'Dell County Traction route.
