Clayton, DE to Greensboro, MD

There is a abandoned rail line, that goes there form point a to point b.
I want this route to a be a resorted historical railroad.
But I don't have the necessary time to make it, because I'm busy a lot.
This would look like a nice historical route.
Addons only can be used:
Stevens Pass (GTNX)
Donner Pass (RSC)
Marias Pass (RSC)
RCAP
Miami (DTM)
(The rest I can use)
start latitude: 38.978093 , -75.816151
