I want to find out how I could get the stop sigh on the Riverland Lines route to work right, so the traffic loft vehicle in question stops at the stop sign, then goes when it's clear, or how it stops then yields to the other vehicle getting going from another stop sign.
Is there a signal or something you could use to get the actual vehicles to stop, and not run the stop sign instead in RW?

It's possible, but probably won't work too well. It might be worthwile to use traffic signals instead, but either way, you'll need a fairly complex script and a lot of trial and error to get things right.

Would it be possible to bury the traffic signal and put a static stop sign there above?

It would still need to be scripted, and I don't know if you can force a stop and go.
