Thank you, I hope I can do it justice... what I do with it remains to be seen. If nothing else it's a really nice change from desert scenery and provides a welcome change of pace from Cajon - Mojave. Sorry to hear you lost the route in a crash. How far did you get?

I started at the other end and worked north. I was able to get the Progress Rail facility area done outside of Bill and the yard at Bill. Not too much past that.

Should be sometime around late winter for release of the section described so far.

Some work at Caballo. The silo is a placeholder for the moment, it's the Monolith cement silo from Tehachapi Pass scaled up X3.

Thanks guys!

Did a tiny bit of work the past few days along 1 mile of track East of Rozet. I seem to be setting myself up for years of terrain painting, but if I can't do it this way then I don't see much point to doing it at all.

Black Hills Subdivision between Rozet and Moorcroft. First shot is 2D Cloudy, Sherman Hill Weather. Second shot is 3D Clear using Alpenfreight's Simple Weather Mod - both shots around 5:30 pm. Can't decide which I like better; 2D has a wonderful, typical Wyoming sky but the terrain painting is muted.
