Okay guys, I've been working with Aaron at RRmods-RW and we'd like to know of what the timeline for the MRL Route would be so we can start releasing some MRL Content for the route(Locomotives and Rolling Stock)? This would help promote the route and if you guys want, Promote the MRL Content. Let me know through a PM if you guys are interested.

Thanks,

I can make you a brick embankment now as well, thinking about doing one, but looking for a reference of one being used on the MRL. Since I finally learned how to do lofts some time ago, plan on doing a couple more.

I'm surprised that these haven't been used in many more routes. They look a lot better than the default terrain imposing as an embankment underneath the track.

I even used these in an MSTS route, due to the lack of realism with the aforementioned. They are a big improvement in my opinion, but I'm not even sure TSW can integrate loft faces with actual terrain to make the route look more realistic.

Maybe in TS2030?

Speaking of lofts, has anyone done a footpath loft and got it rendering properly in the sim?

Hi all,
I just found this series of posts, been a lurker on RWA since getting TrainSimulator back in 2013. I am really interested in this route and will be waiting to run trains on it when done. I grew up in this area (born in Glendive and lived 2 blocks form the roundhouse), went to college (rode the train to and from) in Billings, lived in Bozeman for 16 yrs., and back in Billings for the last 25+ years. So, hoping you guys continue on and at least get the Huntley to Bozeman part done so I can enjoy your work. From what I see so far you are doing an excellent job. Again, thanks for your work, and waiting to hear more progress.
Ken
