Nah, it disappeared, I guess it is waiting on its cousins.

Besides, whether I make the same livery or not has no bearing in this case.

I have it here: \Assets\GreatNortherner\Allegheny\railvehicles\freight\Boxcar_40ft_PS1\NYCP

Sorry no idea where or when I got it. Bin file is dated 1/10.2016

This one would have been named Pacemaker.

Now, I go back to the yard today...…...and guess what? Her cousin shows up with him riding on a Pennsy TrucTrain car, and it looks like the vandals have had their way with the boxcar.

So, is it vandals or gremlins?

Thanks guys, but I need some help here and at one time someone said "If anyone needs help with numbering, just ask" or something on that order, so I'm asking. These boxcars are GNer's 40ft PRR Default and looks to be having numbers with 5 digits, and I haven't changed anything but the DCSV number list to accommodate these particular livery cars numbering sequence, which has 6 digits. Why do these numbers only show on a few cars and the rest have just the first digit?

I don't believe you can add a digit, but you can be any number less. So for example if the model supports 5 digits, you can't add a 6th. But you could have 4 or less by taking one number and alpha-ing out the texture. I usually alpha out "0" on most repaints when I do that.

The pacemaker cars were numbered beginning with a 1. I'm sure with some trial and error you could permanently static number the first 1 then keep the dynamically changing digits alongside it making it look like 6 digits.

Thanks John, but after posting I had a revelation, why don't I just paint the one on the surface of the car to make it all work. Thanks for your suggestion.

I finally got this to work without using the HSC flatcar as I was having trouble getting it to show in the editor with the Pacemaker Load. I am sure the numbering is off on the Pacemaker TrucTrain, but all in all it looks good. The flatcar is the GNer 40ft log version with a repaint to NYC and a floor texture change. From what I have read, the Pacemaker service concept was a functioning service back in the 30s, but I can't find any info that says the 1930s service had a logo or trademark. And, during WWII the service was shutdown and started back up in 1946.

Hey; on the Digital Railroading site (http://digitalrailroading.net/) it says that this route has been discontinued "Due to the original organizer's lack of interest". Is this true and if so; would you think about releasing the Pacemaker equipment along with the other NYC reskins as their own standalone package? I think there's enough interest in those as a standalone release as they look amazing.

Well, that's not good.....

I tried to at least get the Hudson's, but the Assets link pulls the *.rwp (https://digitalrailroadingco.powweb.com ... _06_04.rwp) and my browser pukes on it....

!*hp*! Thanks for the heads up - was looking forward to another steam route, particularly one as notable as this one.

I managed to download the Hudsons, but even on a 50mps connection, it took nearly 15 mins, so the other end must be using a drinking straw connection to the net. I have had a look at the copyright notice, and they are free to distribute without charge, so I will contact Buzz and see about posting here, just in case they become increasingly difficult to access.

The other NYC assets would be very welcomed I am sure *!!wink!!*

!*cheers*!
