If the original route is too expensive you could wait for a sale.
The rework should come out sometime later this year.
Current ETA is November.

I'm not sure about the 3DTrains one. If it's only the track that changed then it could work.

Hi IndoBell,

For some strange reason it took me so long to notice your thread. But now that I have finally seen it, your announcement has made me very happy indeed! I'm a huge fan of the old GN and the very scenic route across Marias Pass throughout all eras.

The original Marias Pass route has always been a favorite of mine, but, like virtually any route, it has some flaws (like the concrete ties everywhere or the pretty basic steel trestle models) and I very much look forward to your and Kris's update. The screenshots you posted in this thread look look superb!

Man that looks darn good ! Any update on the ETA ?

I do notice the mountains in the background look kind of plain. Is that because of the in-game graphics settings ?


WARNING the creator did not mention you need several other payware routes to run this. Total woul cist me almost a hundered dollars, way too expensive to play just this route

The backround mountains are far away and the game doesn't render anything that far, even when you have highest settings on.
