I'm running into the same problem... I have Microdem installed and I run the GDAL IMG 2 BIL.bat file and no output... It makes the BIL_Output folder but no result. Any ideas? I also can't seem to get my hgt files to be read from the tutorial that was posted earlier in the thread. I am using the right Latitude/Longitude but no good... did something error in the conversion process?

Thanks for the help

Hey guys, I know this forum seems pretty dead but I seem to be having some issues importing the .hgt files I've got into railworks. first of all I had to make the dem folder and the SRTM folder inside as i did not have these already. but when in game I have the coordinates correctly but I'm not getting any change to the terrain. Any ideas on what im getting wrong here as everything seems to be in place and I followed the tutorial to the t to my knowledge. !*don-know!*

With all due respect why didn’t you start a new thread?
