World editor marker location

Unread postby gtrtroger » Fri Nov 25, 2016 3:36 pm

Ok, thought I'd try a little route building test.... All my previous route attempts were on level ground - elevation 0. On this new route, I created the route template with RW Tools ok, created the route from the template ok, imported the terrain from my SRTM data, and now my "world editor" icon is about 4000 ft below ground. Every time I edit the route, I'm below ground. I move the camera above ground no problem. I keep moving the icon up, and up, and up using the "y" axis (fustrating) but still can't seem to get above ground.

Is there a quicker way to get the icon up to the new ground level?
When I import my marker files, will they be below ground too?
How will I be able to fix that?

Ater entering the editor, select the scenario maker and use the 'J' key. Save and you should be good to go from there on.
Cheers!
