Hi,
Can i use the default assets (grasses and trees to be specific) in my route, which will be payware.

As long as you do not include them in your asset package, yes. You can reference them but can not distribute them.

Since i will be using assets from the routes included in TS2015 like NYNH or ECMLS as i have not purchased the new TS2016. So people who have purchased TS2016 directly will not have the TS2015 routes, and as i have used assets from ts2015, will the users have to also purchase NYNH route inorder to play my route. I guess they have to.

You guess right. So you are going to make us pay for your route and the routes we need for assets? Good luck with that.

There all kinds of very nice trees in the RCAP and since they are all community items I think there is no problems using them in a payware route.

I just looked into the RCAP and it says that the assets cannot be used in a payware route. *!sad!*

This was done to help level the playing field between freeware and payware creators.
Cheers!
