A Nice Shot and Some Peculiarities

This first shot makes up for the other four.

Next two shots show the difference that moving the camera 15 meters closer to a stopped train can make. Headlights are on in the first shot, you can tell by the glow on the ground but they don't become visible till you move a bit closer, at least for me. No zoom on either shot, just moved the camera a bit closer.

Oncoming AI service. Again, you can see the glow on the ground from the headlights but not the lights themselves till it gets much closer.

And lastly, a view from a planet in the middle of a dense star cluster. Stars are a bit overdone I think.

That is probably because the emitters throw their beams beyond the furthest LOD distance of the headlight nodes.

The headlight nodes are the "lamps" on the front that light up, but do not cast a beam of light.

I think it should be the other way round, you need to see the pinprick headlights from a far greater distance than the beams casting light on the track in front of the engine.

Forgot to post this one first time around. Intermodal equipment appears too bright at night. There is a first quarter Moon off the right hand side, perhaps explaining the environment being lit to a degree but the cars and containers are unnaturally bright. In addition, there is very little difference between moonlit and shadow sides.

Hoses gone wild. First AI service I passed had all the hoses stretching off into space. Second and third AI service appeared fine.

You no longer get snapped back into the cab when entering a tunnel as in TS20XX, however your train still appears lit as if outside.
