It's just ReShade. Can make games look great, but impact FPS depending on the settings used.

Looks like with a little experimentation, each user can tweak the particular graphics of their operating system to their liking.
Lets read all the experts chirp in with their pro's and con's on DTG giving options on people getting the best visual experience. *!rolleyes!*

I installed ReShade in TSW and really like it. It looks so much better now and did not notice any FPS hit.
