TSW build 699 “Oh Canada!”

Today (which was Februar 19, so I don't know if the build number is still correct) we are bringing an update to Train Sim World 2020. This adds support for the Canadian National: Oakville Subdivision Route Add-On. Please find the full update log below:

Banner repeater signal logic updated to ensure clear and approach aspects show as off (diagonal) and on (horizontal) for stop.

Resolved instances of the Bi-level cab car being incorrectly substituted when selected to play on the Peninsula Corridor timetable
