I was running Service X790 Light Engine Cumberland to Toledo with AC4400CW and I was getting bored with yet another climb over the only route available in TSW.
Thought I would try and find the washroom whilst my presumably capable second engineer could drive for me.
Found what I think is the washroom door but no way to open it.
So I returned to the cab and by accident opened an outside window and fell out of the cab !!!
The train continued on into the distance - I hope my assistant could drive the engine, but she never came back to pick me up!
