Hi all. I spent some time to collect information for starters about TSW. If you intend to buy the game, or just bought it. This guide may be useful:

There will come updates as I learn more. At the same page you find links to my Scenario Authors Guide for TS2017 as well.

Een mooi begin, Rudolf.

There is already a sub-forum devoted to user guide extensions: http://railworksamerica.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=74, still under development.
There are a few keyboard shortcuts you might want to include in your guide.

There are still a few subjects undisclosed:
EOTD operations
Distance Measurement/Consist Length
Radio operations

Extremely well done! For whatever reason, DTG, which usually provides quite thorough users' guides, didn't make the grade on this one, which emphasizes engine starting procedures that are almost never used in the included tutorials, scenarios, and sessions, while ignoring important matters, such as signalling.

In a few places, you have admitted to not yet having tried a feature. One of these is the use of the Tab key to request permission to pass a signal at danger, which comes in handy since the Signal + Signal Color combination is not always visible (especially, it seems to me, at the moments when it is most needed). Pressing Tab pops up one of several messages regarding the signal ahead. So far, I've seen (not exact wording) clear, proceed at reduced speed, and no path. Unfortunately, the color of the signal ahead is not reported. I haven't yet used the Ctrl + Tab.

Thanks for your valuable work.

Just published an update to version 0.2 Thank you all for your comments, I will see what I can do with them.

Yes, it is not yet complete. Still a lot of things to discover in this game.
